Scheduling & Payment

New Clients

Please provide me with at least 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.  In the absence of such notice, you will be responsible for full payment of the fee for the missed session.

Payment

I am happy to offer prospective clients a free 15 minute telephone consultation to determine whether we might work well together. Contact me to schedule a call.

When you are ready to schedule a full session, I will need you to complete two forms before we meet.  The forms vary depending on whether you are a Colorado or Georgia client and whether you are a counseling or coaching client.   I can email the forms if you would like to complete them in advance and bring them to your first appointment or you can arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in our waiting room.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered.  I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Shelley A. Senterfitt LLC. Clients may also use Flexible Spending Account funds.  I can provide a superbill for clients who wish to file for reimbursement for out of network insurance benefits.
